Private Pilates sessions are also available. Pilates works your core and has many amazing health benefits including reduction in lower back pain, improved posture, increase flexibility and range of motion in the joints and connecting the mind and body.

Discounted bulk training sessions can be booked. Small groups or 1:2:1.
Sessions will be carried out in your own home or we can training outdoors in the fresh air.
